Forensic Fire Consultants, Inc. was founded in 1989 and currently provides fire and explosion investigation services to insurance companies, attorneys, and governmental agencies throughout the Eastern and Central U.S.

        Our Staff has over 25 years of combined specialized experience in the field of forensic fire and explosion investigations. Based in Raleigh, North Carolina, our facility is equipped with a wide variety of laboratory equipment that allows for the technical analysis of fire and explosion related evidence.

        Extensive training and experience in the field enables us to provide our clients with a professional and valuable forensic service.

Investigations by Forensic Fire Consultants, Inc. are conducted using standard scientific principles. Results are fully documented, precisely reported, and completed in a timely manner.

        Evidence pertaining to the cause of a fire or explosion is photographically documented. In addition, computer-aided 3-D imagery and animations (easily presentable for dispositions or trials) are created for a comprehensive understanding of the forensic findings.

        Microscopic analysis and photography yield an in-depth understanding of evidence pertaining to fire and explosion ignition sources. Our technical equipment enables us to conduct non-destructive microscopic evaluation of evidence while on the scene and to include the images in our detailed reports.
